High-intensity personal activity support describes the complex clinical supports required for NDIS participants with significant health conditions. This is our most specialised service, delivered exclusively by our registered nursing team with ICU-level expertise.
Each high-intensity service is governed by an individualised registered nurse care plan, ensuring clinical safety, best-practice delivery, and seamless coordination with your broader healthcare team.
Tracheostomy Management:RN-led care plans – suctioning, equipment cleaning, oxygen delivery, emergency support
Complex Bowel Care:Registered nurse plans addressing gut health, medications, and dietary management
Bladder & Urinary Management:SPC, IDC, uridomes, self-catheterisation; pressure injury prevention
Enteral Feeding:NG tube, PEG tube, coordinated with speech pathology and dietetics
Ventilator Management:Specialised respiratory support and monitoring
Injection Administration:Subcutaneous and intramuscular injections by RN
Complex Wound Care:Advanced wound assessment and management
Medication Management:Complex multi-medication regimes, heart failure, sleep apnea protocols
